Disclaimer: Third-party carriers (like FedEx/UPS) no longer actually ask for or get signatures from staff in our office once a package is delivered. Since COVID, we have found multiple cases of third-party carriers inputting a staff person’s name as having received a package, when in fact they did not. Sometimes the packages are left in the building foyer or with security. The Delaware County Recorder’s Office assumes no responsibility for any delivery tracking receipt from any third-party carrier saying it was delivered to this office due to these errors in the chain of custody of these packages.
